Company Formations

If you need to operate as a Private Company, Personal Liability Company (Incorporated), Non-Profit Company (NPC), Trusts or Co-operative then formation can be made easy for you.

Whether you require a company “off the shelf” or one which carries a specific name we) can act promptly and efficiently to provide a new company for you within two – three working weeks of receiving your instructions.

All we require is details of the directors and their addresses and dates of birth, together with the address of the registered office and proposed shareholdings. We can advise you in respect of any of these decisions if you wish.

We will then proceed with the registration of your company upon payment of our fee and we will provide you, when complete, with the Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum of Incorporation, Share Certificate and up-to-date statutory books, which are required by Companies Act.
